• 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Swine
• 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. - Meat Rabbits
• 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Sheep and Goats                                                                 
• 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Beef  (weigh-in at 6:30 p.m.)
• 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - All other projects due at the fairgrounds
• 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Poultry
• 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Small Animal                                      
• 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - *Swine Skill-a-thon
